12-foot surf in Ventura, Ca.

I was in California for a meeting. The surf grew over 3 days and the surfing was great.
By the time I got outside each day from the meeting the sun's angle and glare
was so bad I went black and white.

At one point , the waves at high tide where breaking over the Ventura peir.
The local surfers were "stoked over the gnarly waves" .
