Fried Langosta, Bimini, Bahamas Islands

Rick and I had a great snack on the side of the road in Bimini, Bahamas.
Fresh langosta tail deep fried in very hot oil.
The tail took about 3 minutes and came out perfect and moist.
Then small bite size conch fritters from the same pan rounded out the snack.

Did I forget to mention the ICE cold beer?
