She Jumped up and flew.. Had to shoot the shot

The Fish has a black body color. Usually these fish are dark red.
This fellow popped up in front of me, as I was drift diving in some murky green
water in the Philippines. The strong current and rain run-off near the Islands
cause this dark green water.

He startled me more then I startled me.

Look at the feathers (second picture down).
Small feathers on the back of the wing act like a spoiler.
As they turn up these spoiler feathers stops the lift in the bird's wing
