Mr. Crumley gave me a book "Adobe Photoshop for underwater photographers", by Jack Drafahl. I found an old shot from Palau taken in 2004 and tried a few things. The 100mm macro, Canon 20D, 1/200s at f/14 shot was dark with a lot of clutter. The hermit crab had great blue eyes and worth the effort.
